Summer school registration has opened, and you are able to register until May 24, 2024.  No late registrations will be accepted. Summer school will be held at Hampton Middle School, 14800 Darbydale Ave, Woodbridge, VA 22193. Transportation service is provided. Bus stops will be different from regular school-year bus stops. If you have questions about transportation for your child, please call 571-402-3940.  Summer school will run from June 24-July 12, 2024. No school on July 4 and July 5. Summer school hours are Monday-Friday 7:45-11:30 a.m.  Summer school is free for PWCS students.  Students will also receive breakfast and lunch during the summer school day.  If you want more information on how to register, please see the attached flyer on how to sign up through ParentVUE.

Registration Steps:

1. Login to ParentVUE.  In the top right corner, select online records.
2. Scroll down ot the section in blue with online registration packet descriptions and from the dropdown at the bottom, slect the appropriate packet, based on the student's grade levelin the current 2023-2024 school year. 
   • 2023-2024 summer school registration (Grades KG - 08)
3. Click the "Begin Online Packet" at the bottom
4. Hit save and continue to advance
5. Once you come to the section titled Students, please do the following:
   • Select the exclude button for any of your students you will not be enrolling in Summer School. 
   • From the same screen, select the edit button for the student you will be enrolling.
     • Transportation - (Schedules with bus stops and routes for Summer School will be available in June.)
     • Location - (Location shown in the dropdown is the school the student will attend for Summer School.)
6. Click "Save and Continue."
7. Review, click submit at the bottomof the screen.  You will receive confirmation that your registration was submitted via an automated email.
