Hello Bobcats! Thank you for patience as we learn and navigate through digital distance learning together.

In the Life Management Skills Tasks/Competencies document in 'Files and Documents', you will find the CTE competencies that we have covered this quarter. You can also access it by clicking on the link: CTE Competencies Calendar.

IMPORTANT - Please check Student Vue for any NHI or Incomplete assignments that you need to turn in. will not be assigning or grading any new material, but I will grade any unfinished or missing work that was due prior to March 12th that you wish to submit. Contact me at blackfmb@pwcs.edu  if you have any questions or concerns about previously assigned assignments or your grades.

Please continue to work on your Foods Around the World project that was assigned on March 6. I have attached the directions with rubric, if you did not bring yours home with you. The final project was to be a poster. If you have the supplies at home and choose to make a poster, you can take a picture of it and send it to me electronically.  You can make an electronic version of the project in Power Point. Sway, Paint, etc. that you can share with me electronically for feedback. I have included the directions and rubric in the Life Management Skills (7) folder located in the ‘Files and Documents’ page.

For review or extra practice of things we've learned, I have attached a few activities that you can do to keep fresh. These are not to be graded, but to keep your skills up and for your enjoyment.

I have also included movie and video suggestions that you can watch that are relevant to family and consumer sciences. I have included the links for on YouTube or listed where they are streaming.

Go to the ‘Files and Documents’ sections on the left hand side to find all documents and worksheets located in the Life Management Skills (7) folder.

Please email me at blackfmb@pwcs.edu if you have any questions or need help. I would love it if you would also keep in touch to let me know how you are doing and what you have been doing during your time at home.  I hope that you and your family stay safe and healthy.

Miss you,

Ms. Blackford
