2025-26 PWCS Middle School Athletics Registration
It's that time of year again Bobcats! We are excited to have your student interested in participating in athletics for the 2025-26 school year.
Parents/Guardians of student-athletes intending to participate in athletics MUST upload their students’ most recent PWCS sports physical to ensure eligibility for participation. We have simplified this process through online digital registration. (No Paper Physicals Will Be Accepted)
Please follow these steps:
- Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family).
You may create your account by clicking here. - Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

Complete your registration:
Select the Registration for Athletics 2025-2026 program from the Beville Middle School Registration Site.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received your registration. Once approved, you will receive a secondary email that your child has been cleared to participate.

What do I need to tryout?
Students must have a completed PWCS Sports Physical on file and Approved.
Sports Physicals: All pages must be signed by a parent or guardian, and the physical must be signed and STAMPED by their signature.
When should I turn in my Sports Physical?
Sports Physicals MUST be submitted in Arbiter and approved prior to tryouts. Same day submissions may result in a delay.
How do I get a physical form?
You can download from the link above, get one from the office or your PE teacher.
Where can I go to get a Sports Physical?
Check with your nearest Urgent Care or Patient First for a quick response. You can also contact your family physician.
How many days are tryouts?
Each season tryouts are a minimum of 3 days. (additional days may be decided by the coach)
